There are a few things in life you can’t fully prepare for, like the wild ride of peri/menopause. Enter, The Hormonal Hangover Society, New Member Welcome Book.
Balancing informative with a bit of humor, The Hormonal Hangover Society is a "welcome book" for women of all ages, crafted with wit, careful attention, and love.
It is written from the fictional viewpoint of an elite (yet very inclusive) society. And while the stories within might seem a bit unreal, they are based on very real-life experiences providing both an amusing and accurate depiction of the rollercoaster journey of perimenopause and menopause. It’s filled with "You've got to be kidding me" moments and relatable "OMG, same" stories, reminding you that you're not alone in the chaos.
The Hormonal Hangover Society, New Member Welcome Book is a community builder that can be appreciated by women on their way in, active members of, or those with legacy status in the Society. It is the must-have to help all with humor, heart, and honesty.

“It's like the group chat we all needed but no one started, until now! It is honest, funny and the right amount of inappropriate. And I love that it is a quick read I can share with friends”

About the Authors
And Their Why
Jen and Margaret, friends since middle school, have shared countless experiences over the last 40 years, from awkward school dances to navigating the chaos of raising kids and coping with the loss of parents. But going through menopause without any warning or heads up at a crucial time in their lives is what sparked their collaboration to create something they wished they had. Margaret, the youngest of seven, lost both parents within seven months, while Jen faced an early-stage breast cancer diagnosis. They were too distracted to realize the crazy train of peri-menopause had arrived and there they were with a first class ticket in hand. Recognizing peri-menopause is a shared and often misunderstood experience for many women, they set out to flip the script through a story where fiction meets reality. Their goal was to help women validate their experiences, inspire them to tell their own stories, and foster real-life connections and community.
